The company, founded in 1993, now has 30 people, including 6 PhDs, and produces primary cells for toxicology and pharmacology, such as hepatocytes, keratinocytes and lymphocytes. The unit has extensive experience in cell culture and production (human and animal), cryopreservation and storage, functional controls, culture and use for drug metabolism or toxicity. It developed and distributed various cell models in the area of metabolism, transport and toxicity, and was involved in several interlaboratory studies for method validation. The company has already participated in two other EU programs.

Dr Christophe Chesné (CEO since 1993); expertise in drug metabolism and in vitro cell systems. Dr Nathalie Rougier (Chief of Research and Development department); expertise in cell biology.
